I am an assistant professor in the Department of Finance and Business Economics at the USC Marshall School of Business. I also serve as a visiting fellow at the Kyiv School of Economics. I am an economist who studies cities. My current research focuses on developing a new generation of dynamic quantitative spatial models, understanding housing supply constraints and their implications, and studying how work from home reshapes cities. My broader research areas include urban and spatial economics, macroeconomics, and real estate.
